Bios:

Frederick A. Watson, President. Founded Watson Services, Inc. in 1987. Possesses more than 20 years of highly diversified and successful food management experience. Prior to establishing Watson Services, Mr. Watson was vice president of Ja-Ce Company, Inc., a New Jersey food service management company where he developed and implemented policies, procedures, and budget forecasts for more than 50 school districts in central New Jersey. He also served as president of Jersey Associated Commercial Equipment, Inc., a subsidiary of Ja-Ce Company.

Mr. Watson received his master’s degree in food service administration from New York University and his bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Institutional Management from Virginia State University. He is a Certified Food Executive, a Certified Food Service Director III and a Certified Food Service Sanitation Manager. Mr. Watson serves on the boards of the Minority Business Enterprise Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc., and has served on The Industrial, Technical and Professional Employees-National Maritime Union/Marine Engineers Beneficial Association (ITPE-NMU/MEBA) Annual Benefit Fund, and as an alternate trustee of the ITPE-NMU/MEBA Health and Welfare Fund.

Ronald G. Ward, Vice-President. In 1993, Mr. Ronald Ward was hired as the company’s new Vice President of Finance and Administration. Mr. Ward possesses more than 30 years of experience in management, with a strong administrative background and extensive knowledge in the fields of credit, banking, and communications. Mr. Ward received a degree in Organizational Leadership and Communications from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, New York. His education and experience have assisted in the expanded computerization of company record keeping as well as improving internal communication systems. He has also impacted the company’s infrastructure and human dynamics.

William “Bill” Washington, Director of Operations. More than 35 years of Military and Hospitality Food Service Management experience. He has been instrumental in planning and directing operations with the capability of serving over thirty thousand meals daily. Posses a thorough understanding of organizational dynamics and goals as they impact decision-making and problem solving. Mr. Washington was the Project Manager of American Service Contractors, L.P. of Smithville, Tennessee, where he had complete operational control of the Fort Dix, New Jersey Project. He had direct control of all phases of the operation in up to twelve (12) buildings serving more than twenty-four thousand (24,000) meals per day. Directing more than 500 employees in several different job titles in support of the operation. Bill also assisted in the overall operation of up to seventeen buildings with more than 600 employees at Rice Services. Mr. Washington joined the Watson Services team in February 1997 and has traveled extensively to our various locations, recruiting, teaching, training and implementing policies and procedures. He opened and operated Projects in New England (Boston and Cape Cod). Mr. Washington directed our Largest Food Operation located in Brooklyn, New York. Currently, he manages the Cadet Mess contract at West Point, New York. Mr. Washington holds an Associates of Science degree.

Kathleen O’Neill, Controller. Ms. Kathy O’Neill was hired as the company Controller in February 1994. Ms. O’Neill has a Finance degree from Stetson University, Deland, Florida, and brings a well-tested knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals to our firm. Her working knowledge of computers has allowed the company to improve its proposal submissions. Ms. O’Neill has improved the company’s ability to forecast cash flow and profitability. Her competence to produce timely operating reports has proved an invaluable management tool.
