Provide full food services at the Coast Guard Group Fort Macon, Atlantic
Beach, serving three meals per day, approximately 200 meals per week.
United States Coast Guard Group Sault Saint Marie, Michigan
Provide full food and housekeeping services at the dining facility at
the U.S. Coast Guard Group Sault Saint Marie, Michigan serving three
meals per day, approximately 245 meals per week.
Fire Department of the City of New York
Provide catering, linen, steward and cleaning services for
the first line supervisors training program. These services are performed
during each of the six (6) four (4) week training sessions per year,
on a seven (7) day per week basis, excluding City Holidays.
United States Air Force, McConnell, AFB, Wichita, Kansas
Provide Mess Attendant/Full Food Services for the Chisholm Trail and
the Plains Inn Flight kitchen at McConnell Air Force Base. Currently
serving three meals per day, seven days per week for approximately 800
meals per serving.
United States Military Academy at West Point, New York
Provide mess attendant/waiter services at the United States Military
Academy (USMA) Cadet Mess, serving three meals a day, seven days a week
for approximately 3,500,000 meals per year.

Provide full food service, serving three meals per day, seven days a
week for approximately 25,000 meals per year.
United States Air Force Eielson AFB, Fairbanks, Alaska
Provide mess attendant services at the Two Seasons Dining Facility at
Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Currently serving three meals per day,
seven days per week for approximately 250 - 300 meals per serving. Additionally,
we serve a midnight meal each night.

Provide and deliver approximately 80 noon meals to Applicants Processing
Station at the Brooklyn New York MEPS, Building 116, Ft. Hamilton, New
York.
YMCA of Greater New York, Flatbush, Brooklyn, New York
Provide food services to the YMCA day care centers and after
school programs within three boroughs. Currently serving approximately
2,000 meals per day. The Child and Adult Care Food Program sponsor this
program.

This contract has been restructured to that of a Joint Venture
Partner Agreement with Nayyar Sons Food Corporation and Watson Services,
Inc. The Joint Venture delivers unitized meals to 201 Varick Street,
New York, N.Y. Serve approximately 600 meals per day, seven days a week.
Stewart Air Force Base, Newburgh, New York, and Camp Smith,
Peekskill, New York
Provide mess attendant services on designated weekends at each
facility. Eight on-site employees.
Stewart Air Force Base, Newburgh, New York
Provide all janitorial and floor care services including staffing,
supervision, supplies, and equipment for four buildings at Stewart Air
National Guard Base.
Jackie Robinson Center for Physical Culture, Brooklyn, New

This is a Child Nutrition Program that we provide and deliver approximately
thirteen hundred meals four days per week to various after school programs
in Brooklyn, New York.

United States Army-Fort Eustis/Fort Story, Virginia
Provide necessary resources to perform food service support
functions and dining facility attendant services at Fort Eustis and
Fort Story. Currently, we operate two dining facilities that are open
seven days a week year round. Two additional buildings are to open for
year round service in the upcoming months. Additionally, there are five
reserve buildings that operate 16 to 54 days per year each.
Sternhold Resources, New York, New York
This is a child nutrition program where we provide and deliver
approximately 2,700 hot meals and 1,900 snacks daily to 36-day care
centers and after school programs within the five boroughs. This program
continues to increase in number.
Department of Homeless Services, New York, New York
Provide frozen pre-plated dietary meals serving three (3) meals
per day, seven (7) days per week to various adult facilities within
the City of New York.
United States Military Academy at West Point, New York
Full food service in one building serving three meals a day,
seven days a week. Provide additional mess attendant service in one
building during the summer. Sixty on-site employees during the summer
months, forty employees the remainder of the year.

menu planning food preparation, food servicing, dish washing and equipment
cleaning, for the U.S. Military Academy at troop mess building 620 on

Provide approximately 900 meals and 350 snacks per day to 12-day
care center and after school programs within the five boroughs. This
program is sponsored by the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

Provide window washing services, interior, and exterior for
various buildings at West Point.
United States Coast Guard, Governor’s Island, New York
Provide janitorial services for various locations on Governor’s
Island. Six on-site employees.
New York Naval Station, Staten Island, New York
Mess attendant services. Fifteen employees on-site.
New York City Board of Education and Newark Board of Education
Consultants for institutional food service operations. In New
York City, we improved collection procedures involving students and
the state. In Newark, we corrected poor cost control mechanisms and
improved revenue-generating capacity.
New York City Housing Authority
Prepared, packaged and delivered 5,000 meals per day, five
days a week to various locations throughout the five boroughs of New
York City. This was a summer food service program sponsored by the Child
and Adult Care Food Program.
